Liviu Dăscălescu, senior partner and founding member, graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest in 1983, becoming a member of the Bucharest Bar in 2010.
Former career magistrate, with the rank of prosecutor in the Prosecuter’s Office at the High Court of Cassation and Justice, during the periode 1983-2004 he held senior positions in the Prosecutor’s Office Bucharest, Prosecutor’s Office at the District 3 Court and Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of Appeal.
Also during 1998-2010 was member and Vice President of the Superior Council of Magistracy.Given the vast experience, he is specialized in cases of high complexity in criminal law and criminal-commercial law, especially those investigated by the National Anticorruption Directorate and the Directorate for Investigating Organized Crime and Terrorism, but also successfully engaging in other cases.

Ion Șerpe, senior partner, graduated from the Faculty of Law at University of Bucharest in 1982 and from 1984 to 1985 followed postgraduate studies in criminal law at the Faculty of Law - "Babes Bolyai" University of Cluj-Napoca. He becomes a member of the Bucharest Bar in 1998.
Former magistrate and diplomat, during 1982-2015 he held important positions in the Târgu-Jiu Local Prosecutor’s Office, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of European Integration and within the Prime Minister Chancellery.
Given the vast experience, he is specialized in cases of high complexity in criminal law and criminal-commercial law, especially those investigated by the National Anticorruption Directorate and the Directorate for Investigating Organized Crime and Terrorism, but also in international criminal law, community law and intellectual property law.
